  • Jewellery repairs typically take anywhere from a couple of days to 3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the repairs. Jobs are done as they are received and depending on volume. While we do not offer immediate service, customers are provided with a receipt at the time of booking.

  • Yes, we have a certified gemologist who offers independent appraisals in-store. Appraisals can typically be done overnight. Please contact us in advance to schedule an appointment.

  • No appointment needed - come by our store and we will be happy to assist you in creating your dream piece.

  • The timeframe for creating a custom piece typically ranges from 4 to 12 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.

  • The custom design process varies by client—some arrive with a clear vision, while others seek guidance. We begin with a consultation during which we will discuss wants and needs and details of the custom piece. A CAD design is then created for clarity and approval. Once the design is approved, a 3D wax is printed for trial and examination before the piece is cast, crafted, and made ready for pickup.

  • We are always happy to try to reuse your gold, however it is not always possible. If we are unable to use it, we are happy to buy back any unused gold.

  • A jewellery appraisal determines the value of your piece for insurance purposes. It’s recommended for high-value items to ensure they’re properly covered in the event of loss or theft.

  • Keep your jewellery in top condition by cleaning it regularly with suitable solutions, storing it in a clean, dry place, and having it professionally inspected and cleaned every 6-8 months.

  • No appointment is necessary. Come by our store and we will have your appraisals done within a couple of days.

We take pride in caring for your watches as if they were our own. From battery changes and band adjustments to full restorations, every repair is done with precision and care. Whether your watch needs a quick tune-up or a complete overhaul, we’ll make sure it’s keeping perfect time again.

  • We service select watch makes (please inquire within) however we can change batteries and adjust sizing (adding/removing links) on most watches. We do not sell watches
